The short version
This site sets no tracking cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third party watching your visit. Nobody is building a profile of you here.
That is why you were not shown a consent banner. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is needed for storage that is not strictly necessary. We do not use any, so there is nothing to ask you about. We would rather say that plainly than put a banner in your way to look thorough.
What the site does store
Two things, both kept in your own browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie. Neither is sent to us. Neither identifies you. Both exist purely so the interface behaves sensibly.

You can delete both at any time through your browser settings, under site data for slingshotdigital.co.uk. Nothing on the site breaks if you do. The notice will simply show again, and the 3D room will go back to its defaults.
Things loaded from elsewhere
The site loads fonts and is served through our host. Those requests reach our suppliers, who are listed in the privacy policy along with what each one does. None of them is an advertising or analytics company.
If you follow a link from our footer to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or Trustpilot, you are on their website from that point and their own cookie rules apply. We have no control over what those companies do and no visibility of it.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics, we will add a real consent mechanism at the same time, one where refusing is as easy as accepting, and we will rewrite this page before the tag goes live rather than after. Any change is dated at the top.
